Battery Materials Plant, Poland

Innovative engineering projects are becoming increasingly important for reducing carbon use and developing sustainable new technologies. The Battery Materials production facility in Poland is just one example of a leading-edge project where our expertise is playing a role.

The plant will provide the very latest in advanced, nickel-rich cathode battery materials to the automotive industry. And once it’s fully operational – it will do it all with 100% renewable energy!

The Owners Consultant, Turner & Townshend, brought us on board to oversee the Cost and Commercial Management of the project.

Our team immediately focused on identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and enhanced cost control. We closely examined the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCm) Contractor’s strategy to more effectively manage and mitigate cost overruns. Our work ensured it could be flexible when required while driving productivity increase and delivering the best value to the client.
