Established in 2019, Logic-i brings decades of combined industry experience in Commercial & Contract Management, Planning and Project Controls within the construction and industrial sectors. And it’s that broad range of experience that enables Logic-i to co-ordinate multiple project strands into a coherent whole, focused on one single goal – successful project completion.

Whatever the project, whatever the sector, we take the same approach. Through ‘starting with the end in mind’ and providing an ‘under one roof’ portfolio of services, we deliver access to the highest levels of management and control needed for successful project completion.

Planning Director

Jason is an appointed Expert witness and has worked in a range of sectors and has extensive experience in the dispute resolution, tender, construction and dispute resolution stages of projects providing logical and detailed programmes and project controls.

Jason has expertise in forensic analysis of delays and programme impact. The preparation of fully cost/resource loaded, logically linked and integrated tender and construction programmes comprising design, procurement, construction and commissioning.

Stephen Priestley

Commercial Director

Stephen is a recognised expert in multiple industries, experienced in cost planning and Commercial Management throughout the entire project lifecycle.

With extensive leadership and management capabilities in all costing and contracting related to construction and engineering projects across a range of sectors. Proven track record of minimising the costs of a project and enhancing value for money, while achieving the required standards and quality. Possesses a combination of Project Management, Contracting, Procurement, as well as Construction & Engineering Management expertise. Demonstrate ability to catalyse lucrative results while complying with budget and time constraints.

Stephen Humble

Project Controls Director

Stephen has a commercial background with 30 years experience spanning multiple sectors and having worked as a quantity surveyor and cost manager for consultants, EPC contractors and subcontractors covering all pre and post contract functions including the preparation, negotiation and defence of claims.

Whilst in a cost management role in the nuclear sector, this path led Stephen naturally into project controls where in the lead role on a £1B project in distress he further developed his expertise noting those project management practices that worked well and the pitfalls to avoid.

When coupled with his extensive commercial background, an analytical approach and eye for detail is key to the understanding of data, and whilst considering the project’s contractual and commercial constraints, enables informed project management decision making.

Ashley Trodden

Senior Planner

Ashley is a planning and controls professional with close to a decade’s project experience. He began his career as a Junior Planner and quickly progressed to Planning Engineer before taking up the Senior Planner’s role at Logic-i.

Ashley has worked across multiple sectors, including, Renewable and Nuclear Energy, Oil & Gas and Highways. He’s gained significant project planning and project controls experience from his involvement in more than 20 successful major UK engineering and construction projects.
