One of the most high-profile infrastructure projects of recent times, London’s Crossrail project is a huge logistical undertaking. We provided Commercial Management services to BBMV, a joint venture between Balfour Beatty, Morgan Sindall, and Vinci Construction as they redevelop Whitechapel Station.

As is always the case, our team concentrated on helping BBMV accurately visualise and forecast performance across the mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) project elements. Continually updating forecasts, using robust earned value analysis, to both driving efficiency and more effectively manage cost.

As the project continues, we’re confident that the budget management and process controls we’ve embedded within the overall project strategy will help to eliminate unwanted cost overruns.
